Quality Machine Tools has been specialising in the CNC Machine Tooling Industry for over 20 years. Our mission is to provide excellent CNC services and support to our customers in South Africa and surrounding areas in Southern Africa. Our factory premises are based in Wadeville, Germiston.

Repair and Service Exchange

We offer repairs and service exchange units on a wide range of CNC controls and servo and spindle drives.

These include Fanuc (eg. Fanuc 5, Fanuc 6, Fanuc O controls, Fanuc AC & DC drives) as well as Yaskawa, Mitsubishi and Fuji DC spindle drive units.
  

Control Solution Retrofitting

Retrofitting involves the application of a new control solution to meet the specific needs of individual customers cost effectively without compromising on quality and reliability.

A qualified electrical engineer is actively involved in all retrofits. 		 

Lubrication Equipment

We supply SHOWA lubrication equipment, directly imported from SHOWA in Japan. Our SHOWA range includes lubrication pumps, flow proper units and filters.
